Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist in Bloomington, IL so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. Please send us a note via the Contact Us form and we will get ahold of you quickly to set up an appointment time.
We feel that your time is valuable and, except for in the case of an emergency dental treatment for another patient, you can expect us to make every effort to stay on time. Because we are considerate of our patients’ time, we have found that they are, likewise, considerate of our time. We see all dental patients on an appointment basis. We appreciate 24 hours notice if an appointment time must be changed so that the appointment time can be used by another patient.
Insurance and Billing
Swanlund Dentistry is not an “In-Network Provider” with ANY insurance plan. Our office is what is known as a Fee For Service dental office. What does this mean? It means our office will accept reimbursement from nearly all dental insurance plans, but if the dental insurance company does not pay our full fees, the patient is responsible for any remaining balance. We will gladly submit dental claims for our patients. Swanlund Dentistry does not participate in any Health Management Organizations or Preferred Provider Organizations.

We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. Our patients can also pay their dental bill online by clicking on Pay Your Bill link above.
